Psychotherapist (UKCP Reg, MBACP)
Counselling Psychologist in Training (RUL)
Clients who come to work with me experience a variety of personal challenges ranging from anxiety to low self-esteem, difficulties sleeping, feeling depressed, burnt out, or suicidal, finding it hard to focus or stay motivated at work/school, or looking for direction and purpose in their lives.
Some are facing conflict, or doubts in their relationships, have experienced trauma or addiction, and feel cut off, on edge, or as if on "auto-pilot".
I am dedicated psychotherapist and Counselling Psychologist in training with more than six years of experience in private practice, the NHS, charities and schools in the UK and abroad.
I have trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, existential therapy and person-centred therapy.
