Why come to therapy with me

Clients who come to work with me experience a variety of personal challenges ranging from anxiety to low self-esteem, difficulties sleeping, feeling depressed, burnt out, or suicidal, finding it hard to focus or stay motivated at work/school, or looking for direction and purpose in their lives.

Some are facing conflict, or doubts in their relationships, have experienced trauma or addiction, and feel cut off, on edge, or as if on "auto-pilot".
